A work around to this problem to open the registry (Go to start > run then type regedit) and
delete the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MountPoints2

When a Drive Brings up Open With Dialog
I had an annoying experience every time I try to open my C:\ drive, it would bring up an open with dialog box.
